U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in China.

Processing and delivery estimates

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Standard shipping to the United States is free. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can change because of carrier operations, customs processing, weather or address issues.

Import duties and taxes

VOLGOO is responsible for import duties and import taxes on U.S. orders. We are confirming the carrier service and billing arrangement before products become available to order. If a carrier requests a duty or tax payment from you, contact support@volgoo.com before paying and include your order and tracking numbers.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking details when available. If a package is delayed, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@volgoo.com with your order number.
