U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in China.

Processing and delivery estimates

We process orders and aim to dispatch them within 48 hours. Standard shipping to the United States is free. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, address issues or other events outside our control.

Import duties and shipping charges

VOLGOO is responsible for import duties and shipping-related charges for U.S. orders. If a carrier requests payment after orders open, contact support@volgoo.com with your order and tracking details.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send tracking information to the contact details on the order when it is available. Tracking scans may take time to appear after dispatch. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package appears delayed, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@volgoo.com with your order number.
