No. The selected current must be appropriate for the circuit, outlet and vehicle. EV charging is a continuous load, so follow the manual and electrical code.
The vehicle-side connector is NACS. Confirm that your vehicle has a compatible AC charging inlet before ordering.
Maximum rated output is up to 9.6kW at 240V. Your vehicle may accept less power, and charging can also vary with temperature and battery state.
